    Loader Crane Cabins

Loader crane cabins made to order: closed operator cabins for truck-mounted loader, lorry and timber cranes, instead of an open high seat. Request a quote.

On a truck-mounted loader crane the operator often works from an open high seat, exposed to rain, cold, heat and dust. A closed loader crane cabin gives the operator a protected workplace with a clear view of the load. KRANHAUSS builds loader crane cabins to order for lorry cranes, knuckle boom cranes and timber cranes. Our team has built crane cabins in Ankara since 2004, for clients in about 15 countries.

Instead of an open high seat

A cabin protects the operator from the weather and from flying chips and dust on timber and recycling work, and it reduces noise. The cabin is placed where the high seat would be, with glazing laid out for the view down to the grab or the hook and up along the boom.

    Climate and controls

Heating and cooling come from our own crane air conditioning units, which both heat and cool. The seat and the control levers or joysticks are placed for the operator's reach, following the crane's control system.

    Fitted to your crane

Every loader crane has its own column, seat mounting and control connections. Send the crane make and model, a mounting drawing or photos and the controls you use, and our engineers propose the cabin size, the access and the climate unit.

Made to order and quoted per project

Each loader crane cabin is designed and built to order under our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. You receive a written quotation with the scope of supply, and delivery terms are agreed per order.

    Frequently asked questions

Can a cabin be fitted where my crane has a high seat?

In most cases, yes. We check the column, the seat mounting and the controls from your drawings or photos and design the cabin for that place.

Is the loader crane cabin air-conditioned?

Yes. Our crane air conditioning units both cool and heat and are sized to the cabin and the climate.

What do you need for a quote?

The crane make and model, the truck it is mounted on, photos or a drawing of the seat area and the controls you use. Partial information is fine; our engineers complete the details with you.
