    HVAC Systems

Heavy-duty HVAC systems designed for harsh industrial environments with reliable cooling

Uncontrolled heat inside electrical panels and crane operator cabins shortens component life and compromises safe operation. KRANHAUSS has manufactured industrial air conditioning systems at its Ankara facility since 2004, exporting to more than 50 countries. The range covers two purpose-built units: a compact panel air conditioner for electrical enclosures and a heavy-duty crane cabin air conditioner. Both are CE certified, produced under an ISO 9001 quality system, and built to order.

Panel Air Conditioner for Electrical Enclosures

The panel air conditioner keeps temperatures inside control panels and cabinets within safe limits, protecting drives, PLCs and power electronics from heat-related failures. Its compact aluminum housing (400x300x150 mm, approximately 15-25 kg) mounts directly onto the panel, so it fits confined electrical rooms without extra floor space. With up to 3000 W cooling capacity, a -5 °C to +45 °C operating range and IP54 protection, it performs reliably in dusty production environments. Low power consumption and quiet operation keep running costs down for panels that stay energized around the clock.

Crane Cabin Air Conditioner for Harsh Environments

The crane air conditioner is engineered for operator cabins on cranes in steel plants, ports and outdoor heavy industry. A shock- and vibration-resistant steel housing (600x400x250 mm, approximately 40-60 kg) withstands the constant movement of the crane. Up to 5000 W of cooling capacity and a -10 °C to +50 °C operating range maintain operator comfort even in cabins exposed to intense radiant heat. The weatherproof IP65 enclosure is built for outdoor conditions, easy maintenance access shortens planned downtime, and advanced temperature control holds the set point without operator intervention.

    Made-to-Order Production and Quotation

KRANHAUSS units are not off-the-shelf stock: every industrial air conditioner is built to order, which is why no prices are published online. During quotation, our engineers review your cabin or panel dimensions, mounting surface, supply voltage and ambient conditions — temperature, dust and humidity — and adapt housing and mounting details where required. Shipping method and delivery terms, including Incoterms, are agreed per order. Manufacturing experience since 2004 and exports to more than 50 countries support international projects. Send us your application details to receive a tailored quotation.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the panel air conditioner and the crane air conditioner?

The panel air conditioner is a compact, panel-mounted unit with an aluminum housing, up to 3000 W cooling capacity and IP54 protection, designed for electrical enclosures. The crane air conditioner is a heavy-duty unit with a shock-resistant steel housing, up to 5000 W capacity and IP65 protection, designed for operator cabins. The right choice depends on mounting location, heat load and ambient conditions, confirmed at the quotation stage.

Can the unit be adapted to my existing crane or panel?

Yes. Because every unit is made to order, it is engineered around your cabin or panel dimensions, mounting surface and electrical supply requirements. Sharing your equipment dimensions, mounting position and ambient temperature range with your quote request allows our technical team to confirm the right configuration quickly.

Do you ship internationally, and on what terms?

KRANHAUSS exports to more than 50 countries. Packaging, shipping method and delivery terms, including Incoterms, are agreed individually for each order, not promised in advance. Indicating your destination country and any preferred delivery terms in your inquiry helps us prepare an accurate offer.

How do I get a price and lead time?

Because both models are built to order, price and lead time depend on your specific requirements. Submit a quote request through the website stating the model — panel air conditioner or crane cabin air conditioner — along with quantity and technical requirements, and our team will respond with a project-specific quotation.
