    Container Houses

Modular container solutions for industrial sites, offering flexibility and durability

KRANHAUSS has been manufacturing industrial equipment in Ankara, Turkey since 2004 and exports to more than 50 countries. Our container house range covers site office containers, accommodation and living units, and storage cabins for industrial sites. Every unit is made to order rather than sold from stock: dimensions, internal layout and fit-out are defined around your project. Thanks to the modular design, units are installed quickly and can later be relocated or extended.

    Typical Applications

Container houses serve as site offices, mess rooms, dormitories, security cabins and storage units on construction sites, in factories, ports, power plants and mining operations. As a manufacturer supplying crane equipment to steel, cement and energy plants worldwide, we know the dust, heat and heavy daily use these sites involve, and we design container units accordingly, from the steel frame to door and window detailing. Projects range in scale from a single gatehouse cabin to a multi-module site compound, planned together with your team.

    Custom Design and Build Quality

Each container house project starts from your requirements: intended use, number of occupants, the climate at the installation site and the layout of your facility. The steel load-bearing frame, insulated wall and roof panels, door and window positions and electrical fit-out are all confirmed at the order stage and documented before production begins. Production runs under our company-wide ISO 9001 quality management system; welding is carried out to ISO 3834-2, and steelwork follows the same discipline as our EN 1090-certified structural manufacturing. Container units are delivered with the same documentation standards we apply to our crane equipment.

    How the Quote Process Works

Because container houses are made to order, we do not publish list prices. To request a quote, share the number of units, intended use, approximate dimensions and the region where they will be installed. Our engineering team reviews your enquiry, asks any clarifying questions and returns a technical proposal with pricing. Shipping method and delivery terms (Incoterms) are agreed individually for each order, for both domestic and export deliveries. Send us your requirements and we will prepare a free quotation for your container house project.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Are container houses available in standard sizes?

There is no fixed size list; each unit is dimensioned for the project. Depending on intended use, occupancy and your site layout, we design single-module cabins or combinable multi-module configurations. Internal partitions, door and window positions and fit-out are likewise agreed with you at the order stage.

    What materials are used?

Units are built on a steel load-bearing structure with insulated wall and roof panels. Material thicknesses, insulation level and interior finishes are confirmed during the quotation stage, based on the intended use and the climate at the installation site, so you receive a configuration matched to your needs without unnecessary cost.

How are shipping and delivery handled?

KRANHAUSS exports to more than 50 countries. Shipping method, delivery point and Incoterms are agreed per order; we review suitable options with you during quotation. Lead time depends on the number of units and the configuration, and is stated in the quote.

Can units be relocated or extended later?

Yes. The modular design allows units to be lifted and moved to another site with a crane and suitable transport, and extended with additional modules as your needs grow. If relocation or future extension is planned, mention it in your enquiry so lifting points and module connections are designed with those scenarios in mind.
