Cable trolleys are the running carriers of a festoon system: they let power and control cables follow the bridge or hoist travel of a crane without snagging or strain. KRANHAUSS has manufactured crane equipment in Ankara since 2004 and exports to more than 50 countries. Our CT-01 to CT-07 trolley range covers C-rail and I-beam festoon lines, and every system is made to order around your cable type, cable count and track length. Typical Applications
Festoon cable trolleys run on single- and double-girder overhead cranes, gantry cranes, monorail tracks and other travelling machinery where flat or round cables must move with the equipment. Power, control and signal cables can share the same festoon line, keeping energy delivery and communication uninterrupted across the full travel length. Configurations are available for indoor workshops as well as outdoor, dusty or corrosive sites. Systems are supplied for new crane projects and as replacements when an existing festoon line is refurbished, including individual trolleys for lines already in service.
How to Specify the Right Trolley
Start with the rail: C-rail or I-beam determines the trolley family. Then define the cables β flat or round, how many, their cross-section and the total weight carried per trolley. Track length sets the number of trolleys and the parking space they need at rest; crane travel speed influences the towing arrangement. Finally, describe the operating environment, since outdoor or corrosive duty changes material and surface-protection choices. Are your trolleys compatible with my existing festoon system?
In most cases, yes. Our range covers C-rail and I-beam festoon lines. To confirm compatibility, send the rail profile dimensions and, if possible, photos of the installed system; our engineers verify the fit during the quotation stage, before anything goes into production.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Every system is configured to the cable weight, track length, rail type and environment of a specific crane, so a fixed price list would be misleading. We quote per project instead β a written offer with a defined scope and lead time. Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation.
