    Cable Trolleys

Cable trolley systems for safe and efficient cable management

Cable trolleys are the running carriers of a festoon system: they let power and control cables follow the bridge or hoist travel of a crane without snagging or strain. KRANHAUSS has manufactured crane equipment in Ankara since 2004 and exports to more than 50 countries. Our CT-01 to CT-07 trolley range covers C-rail and I-beam festoon lines, and every system is made to order around your cable type, cable count and track length. Instead of list prices, we prepare a project-specific quotation.

    Typical Applications

Festoon cable trolleys run on single- and double-girder overhead cranes, gantry cranes, monorail tracks and other travelling machinery where flat or round cables must move with the equipment. Power, control and signal cables can share the same festoon line, keeping energy delivery and communication uninterrupted across the full travel length. Configurations are available for indoor workshops as well as outdoor, dusty or corrosive sites. Systems are supplied for new crane projects and as replacements when an existing festoon line is refurbished, including individual trolleys for lines already in service.

How to Specify the Right Trolley

Start with the rail: C-rail or I-beam determines the trolley family. Then define the cables β€” flat or round, how many, their cross-section and the total weight carried per trolley. Track length sets the number of trolleys and the parking space they need at rest; crane travel speed influences the towing arrangement. Finally, describe the operating environment, since outdoor or corrosive duty changes material and surface-protection choices. You do not need every figure to start a conversation: send what you have, and our engineering team will close the gaps with you before quoting.

    Made-to-Order Manufacturing and Quotation

KRANHAUSS cable trolleys are not off-the-shelf catalogue items; each system is built to order under our ISO 9001-certified quality management system, and the company also holds ISO 14001, CE, OHSAS 18001, ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090 certifications. The process is simple: share your crane and cable data, our engineers propose the suitable CT model and configuration, and you receive a written offer covering scope, price and lead time. Delivery terms and Incoterms are agreed individually for each order. Request your free quotation today and we will match a configuration to your festoon line.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Are your trolleys compatible with my existing festoon system?

In most cases, yes. Our range covers C-rail and I-beam festoon lines. To confirm compatibility, send the rail profile dimensions and, if possible, photos of the installed system; our engineers verify the fit during the quotation stage, before anything goes into production.

Why are there no prices on the website?

Every system is configured to the cable weight, track length, rail type and environment of a specific crane, so a fixed price list would be misleading. We quote per project instead β€” a written offer with a defined scope and lead time. Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation.

What information should I include in a quote request?

The essentials are rail profile (C-rail or I-beam), cable type and cross-section, number of cables, track length, crane travel speed and operating environment such as indoor, outdoor, dusty or corrosive conditions. Partial data is fine β€” our engineering team will ask the right questions and complete the specification with you.

Do you ship internationally, and on what terms?

Yes. KRANHAUSS has exported crane equipment to more than 50 countries since 2004. Shipping method, delivery point and Incoterms are agreed individually for each order and stated clearly in the quotation. Export packaging and shipping documents are prepared to suit the destination country and the agreed transport mode.
